TEXTBOOK RETURNS:

  • During Fall and Spring semesters, books may be returned until the end of the second week of classes in ORIGINAL PURCHASE CONDITION (ie. unopened, with unbroken bindings, intact corners and with no noticeable smells) with receipt, regardless of class changes or instructor changes! Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. If these conditions are not met NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be available.
  • We ask for a PRINTED copy of your schedule to ensure you receive the correct book for your class. This is mandatory for pulling books for your class. The bookstore is not responsible if the class instructor changes or the instructor changes the book after the return period has ended. However we will do our best to work with you if we are able.
  • Mini-mesters and intersession semesters (Winter and Summer semesters) have shortened return periods and textbook returns must be done BY THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES to qualify. Textbooks must be in original purchase condition to qualify(ie. unopened, with unbroken bindings, intact corners and with no noticeable smells).
  • If you fail to pick up your online order before the end of the semester, it will be donated.
